Welcome! By using the Koko & Zeus website, purchasing from us or participating in our promotions, you agree to these terms. Please take a moment to read them, this helps us keep things clear and straightforward.

  • You are responsible for the security of your account, if you create one, and any activity that occurs under it.

2. Placing an Order

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order for operational reasons, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
  • Prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. About our Product

  • We sell high-quality, eco-friendly cat litter. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or production batches.
  • All purchases are for legitimate use. Commercial use or resale is allowed only with explicit written permission from Koko & Zeus, such as via a wholesale or business account.

4. Payment

  • Payments are securely processed via the options available at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total amount, including shipping.
  • We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by banks or payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is handled with care using trusted couriers or personal local delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and start after processing (1–3 business days).
  • Risk passes to you once your parcel is delivered.

6. Subscriptions

  • We offer subscription options every 1, 2 or 3 months.
  • You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. There is no minimum commitment.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koko & Zeus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to our products or website.
  • If a product is defective, our liability is limited to remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

  • All content on our website - including logos, images, text, and designs - is owned by Koko & Zeus.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission.

11. Wholesale & Business Accounts

  • Businesses, retailers, or other commercial buyers may contact us to apply for a wholesale account.
  • Wholesale accounts are subject to separate terms, including pricing, minimum order quantities, and permitted use.

12. Cat Crew Promotions

  • From time to time, Koko & Zeus may run Cat Crew promotions through our social media channels. Each promotion may have its own theme, entry period and prize, as described in the relevant promotion post.
  • Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over and live within an area to which Koko & Zeus delivers.
  • To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements stated in the relevant promotion post before the advertised closing date and time.
  • Entrants must own the photo or video they submit, or have permission from the content owner to submit it.
  • Eligible entries will be judged by Koko & Zeus based on how well they capture the theme described in the relevant promotion post. The winning entry will be selected by Koko & Zeus and will not be chosen at random.
  • Koko & Zeus may feature selected entries as part of Cat Crew content. Being featured does not necessarily mean an entrant has won a prize.
  • The selected prize recipient will be contacted by direct message or through the social media account used to enter. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • By entering, participants grant Koko & Zeus permission to reproduce and share their submitted photo or video, along with their cat's name and social media handle where applicable, in Cat Crew and other organic Koko & Zeus social media and website content. Entrants retain ownership of their content.
  • If Koko & Zeus wishes to use submitted content for paid advertising or another purpose outside the scope above, we will seek additional permission from the content owner.
  • Koko & Zeus may disqualify entries that do not meet the promotion requirements or contain inappropriate, misleading or infringing content.
  • If circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent a promotion from operating as intended, we may modify, suspend or cancel it where reasonably necessary.
  • Cat Crew promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the social media platform on which the promotion is conducted.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  • Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Victoria, as allowed by law.
