SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently deliver within Australia, excluding the Northern Territory. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne.

At Koko & Zeus, we ship across Australia with care and reliability so your order arrives in great condition, just like your cat would expect.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer flat rate shipping across metro and selected regional areas within Australia:
VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD: $12.95
WA, TAS: $19.95
Shipping is applied at checkout based on your delivery location.
For remote, rural, or oversized orders (over 20kg), we may contact you before dispatch with an adjusted shipping quote. If no suitable option is available, a full refund will be provided.
LOCAL DELIVERY (MELBOURNE)
Free local delivery is available on orders over $49 within selected Melbourne postcodes:
3188, 3189, 3190, 3191, 3192, 3193, 3194, 3195
Orders outside this area are shipped via standard courier rates.
DELIVERY METHOD
Orders are shipped via trusted courier services or Australia Post.
All deliveries are sent with authority to leave in a safe place unless otherwise specified at checkout.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, or Parcel Collect services, as couriers require a street address.
Deliveries are made on weekdays, typically between 8am and 6pm.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
This allows us time to carefully prepare and pack your order before dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Metro: 2 to 3 business days
Regional: 3 to 7 business days
Remote (including WA and TAS): 5 to 10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier performance, and peak periods.
TRACKING
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Local deliveries do not include tracking. We will notify you when your order is on its way.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs, and the order will need to be placed again. For full details on returns, refunds, and faulty items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
DELAYS
While we use reliable delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including weather events or courier disruptions.
If your order is delayed or appears missing, please contact us and we will assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.
