At Koko & Zeus, we want you and your cat to be happy with every order. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Change of Mind
Because cat litter is a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
If your order is unopened, unused, and in its original condition with the seal intact, you may request a return for change of mind. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery to start the process. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will organise a replacement or refund as appropriate. Koko & Zeus covers the cost of return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method promptly. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
Your Rights
These policies are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
